1L BGDL BOOTCAMP

The 1st year of law school is notoriously known as the most stressful and fearful year of the attorney journey! Since many of us are 1st generation high school graduates, college graduates, and law school attendees, we may not have a mentor to break down the 1L specifics. Your 1L year is VERY crucial! It sets the foundation for your remaining years - so, let's discuss and disect it. During this 2 day event, the founder of BGDL, Destiny Williams, is going to take the time to break down the 1L year, as well as providing multiple resources, references, & referrals. This event will be a SAFE SPACE. No question is a dumb question. Those who attend will receive a resource list + a copy of the Zoom videos! As a barred attorney who recently graduated from Howard Law in 2017, Destiny is going to answer as many quetions as possible & discuss ALL of her 1L mistakes so that you can do better. Destiny is going to show you how to brief a case, prepare for class, outline, and more! BGDL will also be giving out 10-15 prizes for the attendees.
