When can I expect my order?
The current processing time for BGDL orders is approximately 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS (not including shipping). Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays observed by USPS are not included in that processing time.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted if requested within 7 business days of delivery.
My item(s) arrived broken, what do I do?
BGDL does its best to bubble wrap and pad all breakable items; however, sometimes accidents do happen in transit. If your item arrives broken, please send a picture to BGDL at email@example.com and BGDL will replace your item ASAP. The picture MUST be sent within 3 days of delivery.
I want to place a bulk order, how do I do that?
BGDL does provide bulk discounts when 10 items are ordered. The items must be the same TYPE of item (i.e., 10 shirts, 10 mugs, 10 totes, etc.); however, the items can have different designs (i.e., (5) BGDL logo t-shirts and (5) QUEEN Justice t-shirts).
I have my own design/idea, can you create it for me?
It depends. Usually, yes. I will not reproduce trademarked items.
I want a BGDL design on an item that I can't find on the website, how can I request the item?
Not all designs are available on all mediums. If you see a design on one of our coffee mugs, we can reproduce it on a shirt, sweatshirt, tote, etc. (except for wine glasses and champagne flutes).
Are BGDL drinkware items dishwasher and/or microwave safe?

If the BGDL shipping date is not convenient for you, you may expedite your order for a fee. Please e-mail BGDL at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order to discuss getting your order to you in time.
